Returns

I want you to love your Marina Civiero jewellery as much as I do. Returns will be accepted within 20 days of your issued receipt for shop credit or exchange ONLY. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed and insured for their full amount. A restocking fee may apply to all items not received in their original condition. Postage and shipping costs are not refundable. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale items and custom orders are final, including ring resizing. Returns due to inaccurate ring size provided by the customer will not be accepted. For a small fee, resizing MAY be possible. Not all rings are able to be resized. Please check listing description before purchase and/or email marina.civiero.jewellery@gmail.com with any questions or for clarification.
